Android or iOS — whichever phone you use, the 3999bt app gives you live betting, instant payments, real-time scores, and exclusive app-only offers. Enjoy a faster experience than any mobile browser, complete with push notifications and biometric login.
Download the APK file and install it directly. Installing outside the Google Play Store is straightforward — you only need to change one setting.
Works seamlessly on both iPhone and iPad. Built to meet Apple's security standards, so iOS users can install with complete confidence.
For Android Users: To install the APK, go to your phone's Settings and enable the "Install from Unknown Sources" option. You only need to do this once for the 3999bt app, and you can turn it off again afterwards. The APK is downloaded directly from the official site, so it's completely safe.
Click the download button on this page. The file will be saved to your phone's "Downloads" folder. With a normal internet connection, it'll be done in 1–2 minutes.
Go to Settings → Security → Install Unknown Apps and tap "Allow" for your browser. Alternatively, tapping the APK file directly will prompt this option automatically.
Tap the APK file in your Downloads folder. Hit the "Install" button. The installation completes in just 20–30 seconds.
Tap the 3999bt icon on your home screen. Log in if you already have an account, or create a new one. App-exclusive bonuses will be added automatically.
Open this page in Safari on your iPhone and tap the iOS download button. Using Safari is essential — installation won't work from Chrome.
You'll be prompted to download a configuration profile. Tap "Allow", then go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and trust the profile.
Once you trust the profile, the 3999bt app will appear on your home screen. Confirm the installation using Face ID or Touch ID.

Log in instantly with fingerprint or Face ID. No more remembering passwords — and your account stays twice as secure.
The app loads 3x faster than the browser. In live betting, every second counts — odds updates are more instant on the app.
Even on a weak connection, the app caches the last loaded scores and odds. Everything syncs automatically once the connection is restored.
Betting through the 3999bt app gives you access to exclusive cashback and bonuses available only to app users — browser users don't get these benefits.
When you win a bet or during a big event, your phone gives a subtle vibration. Live match excitement feels far more real on the app.

Smartphone usage in Bangladesh keeps growing, and most people now handle everything on their mobile. With that in mind, 3999bt built its app specifically around the network conditions and devices of Bangladeshi users. The result is an app that runs smoothly even on budget phones, with live streaming that holds up even on a 3G connection.
A common question is whether installing an APK file is safe. The answer is yes — an APK downloaded from the official 3999bt site is completely safe. The file is digitally signed and the code is reviewed with every update. The reason it's not on Google Play is Google's policy on betting apps, which has nothing to do with 3999bt's security. Most top betting companies worldwide distribute their apps as APKs.
The first time you log in to the app, you'll be prompted to set up biometric authentication. Once configured, you won't need to type your password again — a fingerprint or face scan is all it takes. During live matches, this saves a lot of time when you need to access your account quickly.
The app's notification system is particularly useful. Say you want to bet on a BPL match but can't remember when it starts — you can set a reminder for that match in the 3999bt app and get a notification on your phone half an hour before kick-off. You'll also get alerts for major odds changes or when special promotions go live.
Making payments via bKash or Nagad through the app is easier than ever. When you request a payment directly from the app, bKash opens automatically — no need to copy any number separately. The entire deposit process takes just 30 seconds.
Keep the App Updated: When a new 3999bt update is available, you'll get a notification right inside the app. Updates bring new games, improved performance, and security patches. Some features may not work correctly on older versions.
The 3999bt app uses dark mode by default — easier on the eyes during late-night sessions. You can also adjust the font size to your preference, and the interface has full Bangla language support. Every menu, button, and message is in Bangla, so even first-time users can find their way around with ease.
The app delivers a noticeably better Live Casino experience than the browser. Video streaming is smooth, you can chat with the dealer, and adjusting your bet amount is quick and easy. Whether it's Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, or Roulette, the difference in app performance is something you'll feel right away.
App Download Bonus: Make your first deposit through the 3999bt app and get an extra 5% bonus — exclusive to app users only. This bonus is not available on the browser.
"I used to play on the browser, but after downloading the app I realized what a difference it makes. Odds update much faster during live betting, and paying with bKash has become a lot easier too."
"Logging in with Face ID on iPhone — that one feature won me over. And with match reminders set up, I never miss a game."
"I was a little nervous about installing an APK, but it went smoothly once I did. The app is lightweight and runs great even on a mid-range phone."
"Buying lottery tickets is so much easier through the app now. I got a notification when I won — it woke me up in the middle of the night, and what a great surprise that was!"
